Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. honey
- 2 small bananas, peeled and cut into 1-in. slices
- 1 small red apple, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine pecans and coconut in a shallow dish; set aside.
2.Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl; stir well.
3.Dip banana slices in sour cream mixture; roll in coconut-pecan mixture. Cover and chill 2 hours.
4.To serve, arrange apple, kiwifruit, and banana on salad plates.
