Farm Fresh Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled and divided
- 9 inch pie crust
- 2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. All-Purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon on the bottom of the pie crust. Mix cheese, spinach, milk, eggs and flour together. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbled bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is set.
