Ingredients

  • 14 ounces flour
  • 1 1/2 ounce sugar
  • 1 1/2 T baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 6 ounces dried fruit (blueberries,
  • cranberries)
  • 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces honey
  • heavy cream for the top

Preparation

Step 1

Measure all the ingredients out. Roll into a dough ball and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Shape into a circle about 8 inches around and 1 inch tall. Place on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Cut with a sharp knife into eight wedges. Cook at 375 until golden brown.
