Ingredients

  • 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 C. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 4 C. whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 C. caramel sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press mixture on bottom of 8-by-8 inch square pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, about half the caramel and all of the vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture on top of crust. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
