Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice
- 4 tablespoons fat
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 can 2lb tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water

COOK rice in fat until brown. Chop and add other ingredients and cook 45 minutes on simmer.
