Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup Sherry wine
- 4 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs
- Rice or pasta, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, sour cream and sherry wine together. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or noodles
