Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 3 tblsp sugar
- vanilla
- pear, peeled and sliced
- confectioners’ sugar

Step 1
Mix eggs, milk, flour, butter, sugar, and a little vanilla in a blender. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add the sliced pear, then the batter. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
