Pecan Squares
Butery crust, toffee pecan caramel like topping.. so delicious! So so sinfully addictive. I LOVE them.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, chilled and cut into
- pieces
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8oz) package almond brickle bits(I
- used Heath Toffee)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
For the pastry base:
Mix the flour and powdered sugar. Work the pieces of butter into the mixture until crumbly. Using plastic wrap and a mini rolling pan, spread the dough out into a 9x13 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
For filling:
Beat you egg slighty; add sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix. Then add in your toffee pieces and chopped pecans. Mix. Pour this mixture over prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden, watch closely!! Let cool. Then chill. Then cut into little squares. Little bites of Heaven!
