  • 2 tblsp flour
  • 2 tblsp sugar
  • 1 tblsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tblsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8oz carton vanilla yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tblsp milk
  • 3/4 cup peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/3 cup raisins



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Place baking cups in muffin pan; set aside. Combine the flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly; set aside.

Combine the rest of the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat together yogurt, egg, oil and milk in small bowl. Add to flour and raisins. Spoon the batter into the baking cups, filling even with the top. Sprinkle topping over each muffin.

Bake 23-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Wrap muffins individually in plastic wrap.
