Honey Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 can(10 3/4 oz.)condensed beef consomme' undiluted
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. maple syrup
  • 2 T. BQ sauce
  • 1/2 t. dry mustard
  • 2 lb. pork baby back ribs, trimmed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine consomme', water, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, BQ sauce and mustard in pot; mix well
Cut ribs into 3-4 rib portions.
Transfer to pot(if ribs are especially fatty, broil ten minutes before adding.
Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-6 hours or until ribs are tender.
Cut into individual ribs. Serve with sauce.
