Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 Philly Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Copha
- 1 Cup Melting chocolate (white)
- 1 Cup Melting chocolate (Dark)
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, crumble the cookie until if is very finely crumbled.
Add Cream Cheese to crumbs and process until all the white of the cream cheese
has disappeared.
Refrigerate the dough for 30-45 min.
Roll dough into small balls.
Melt white chocolate and copha ina double boiler and dip balls, then let set up for 20 min in the refrigerator.
Melt dark chocolate and decorate with swirls, then refrigerate for a further 30 mins.
