  • 4 (2-1/2 oz.) salmon steaks
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

Place steak in shallow pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dillweed, parsley and pepper.

Bake at 350* for 25-35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
