Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 can 16oz tomatoes
- 1 can 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 package 5oz thin egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 6 each green onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated American Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
BROWN meat in skillet.
ADD and continue cooking the next 6 ingredients.
IN another pan, combine the noodles, sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
IN greased casserole arrange the meat mixture and noodle mixture in alternate layers with grated cheese. Bake for 35 minutes at 350.
