Boudin Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boudin
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded cheese and 1 c. for top
  • 5-10 chopped jalepeno peppers plus 2-3 T juice

Preparation

Step 1

Remove boudin from casing and mix all ingredients. Season to taste. Put in a 9x13 aluminum pan, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
