Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 12 oz. mushrooms, dices
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tblsp dried minced onion
- 8 oz. butter
- 4 tsp dried parsley
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 16 cups chicken broth
- 6 - 8 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 cups green cabbage, sliced into bite-sized strips
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, mushrooms, garlic and onion in butter 3 - 4 minutes Add parley, carrots and broth, season with salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and cabbage, simmer until cabbage is tender, 8 - 12 minutes. Makes 16 servings. 4 net grams carbs.
