Ingredients
- Fresh Croissants
- 8 tsp raspberry jam, divided
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into 4 inch long strips
- Optional: sliced turkey or roast beef
- Sprouts/greens
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice croissants horizontally. Lightly spread 1 teaspoon jam across wide end of each triangle. Place cheese and sliced meats in sandwich.
Place, with open cheese side up, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until croissants are warm and cheese is melting. Add greens if desired Serve immediately.
