Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 packages Knox gelatin
Preparation
Step 1
Saute margarine, onion, celery and bell pepper. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add soup, cream cheese and mayo. Melt. Add water and gelatin. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
