Impossible Mac and Cheese Pie

This came from the back of the Bisquick box years ago.

Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup uncooked macaroni
• 2 1/4 cups milk
• 4 each eggs
• 1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400. Grease pie plate.

MIX 2 cups cheese and the macaroni; sprinkle in the pie plate.

BEAT remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese until smooth 15 seconds in the blender or on high in mixer for 1 minute. Pour into plate.

BAKE until knife inserted in middle comes out clean about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another minute or two to melt cheese.
