  • 1 pound pre-cooked peeled deveined shrimp (any size, but large preferred)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (canned or fresh)


Servings 4


Step 1

Defrost shrimp if frozen. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spread shrimp in a baking dish. Toss with butter mixture. Bake uncovered until warmed.

This recipe yields 4 servings; 3 carb grams per serving.
