Hubby's Favorite Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sherry
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • minced parsley
  • 1 pkg (5 oz) ready-to-use crepes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook mushrooms and onion in butter; stir in flour. Add milk, chicken bouillon granules, Italian seasoning and pepper; bring to a boil. Stir in sour cream and sherry. Set aside 1 cup sauce. Add chopped, cooked chicken and minced parsley to remaining sauce. Heat through. Spoon filling onto 10 prepared crepes. Roll and drizzle with remaining sauce.
