Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- spoonful of brown sugar
- 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- dried fruit
- walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Bring milk, water and brown sugar to a boil Stir in oatmeal.
Simmer 5 minutes
Add generous pinch each of dried fruit and walnuts
