Oatmeal w/ coconut milk

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • spoonful of brown sugar
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
  • dried fruit
  • walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring milk, water and brown sugar to a boil Stir in oatmeal.
Simmer 5 minutes
Add generous pinch each of dried fruit and walnuts
