Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 large can (29 oz) tomato sauce
- (I like to add 1 more smaller can tom. sauce too)
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped roughly
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tsp salt
- garlic to taste
- worchestersauce to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 2 (14 oz) cans beef broth
- 1 - 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, brown beef in small amount of oil over medium high heat until redness is gone. Drain off fat. In a large mixing bowl, combine the onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice and seasonings. Add meat and mix all together really well. Pour mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour broth over the meat mixture (do not stir). Bake covered in a 350F oven for 1 hour. Remove cover, stir, sprinkle with grated cheese of your choice, re-cover & bake for an additional 30 minutes.
