Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Bisquick
- 1 Cup ripe mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter or margerine
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
Spray 8 inch square pan with cooking spray
Stir all coffee cake ingredients together with wisk or fork
Spread in pan
Bake 26 to 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
Cool 30 minutes
GLAZE
mix all glaze ingredients together until smooth. If necessary add 1 teasp. milk until desired consistency.
Drizzle over cake and serve warm
