Ingredients

  • 4 quarts water
  • 2 package (9 ounces) refrigerated fettuccine
  • 6 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 package (9 ounces) ready-to-serve roasted chicken breast strips
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil. Add fettuccine and vegetables; return to a boil. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until fettuccine and vegetables are tender; drain.

Stir in chicken and Alfredo sauce; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
