  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
