Broccoli Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers broccoli cuts, steamed until crisp. drained and finely chopped
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In large bowl stir together bisquick milk, oil and egg.

Stir in broccoli, cheese and onion powder until just combined.

Spoon mixture evenly into prepared muffin tins.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
