Baked Potato Smoked Chicken Casserole

- cup barbecue sauce

- slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

- cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

- cups sour cream
- 1/2 1/2
- cup chopped green onions
- Red pepper sauce, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Generously spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2 In large bowl, toss potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon into baking dish. Bake uncovered 40 minutes, stirring halfway through bake time, or until potatoes are tender inside and crispy outside.
3 In medium bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce. Spoon over baked potatoes; sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is hot and cheese is melted.
4 Spoon sour cream over individual servings. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with pepper sauce.
