Homemade Pizza Crust
- 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup soy flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Parmesean cheese
- Italian spices
Mix soy flour with egg and cream, stir in cheese. It will be very thick, but you can thin it out a little with more cream or water.
Spread (mush flat in the pan) by hand in a pie plate or equivalent size pizza pan. Sprinkle genrously with parmesean cheese and Italian spices.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take out, cool slightly and add pizza toppings.
Bake until melted.
This recipe yields 8 servings; 3 carb grams per serving.
