Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs.Ground Turkey
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove chopped
  • 1 pkg. Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 2 medium Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 can - 28 oz. Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 cans Black Beans
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet cook turkey, onion, garlic, and chili seasoning in oil for 7 minutes.
Stir in broth and cook for two minutes.
Put mixture in slow cooker with other ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
