  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 6 tbl orange liqueur
  • 6 tbl pineapple juice
  • 6 tbl coconut or light rum
  • 1 tbl grenadine
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine

Preparation

Step 1

place first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake 15 sec, then strain into 6 champagne flutes, dividing equally. divide wine among glasses and serve.
