Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage(small to medium) chopped
- 4 to 6 green onions chopped
- 1 pkg chicken ramine noodles
- 1 handful pea pods
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup peanuts
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- Dressing
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- Ramine noodle flavor pack
Preparation
Step 1
Chop cabbage and onions, Cook Ramine noodles and drain. Cook chicken breasts and chop into bit sized pieces. Mix together.
Dressing: Mix well and pour over salad. Best if made the night before.
