Ingredients
- 3 c a. p. flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c dutch process cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 lb. butter softened
- 1 1/4 c low fat milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs
- Glaze: 2oz. melted baking chocolate, 3T softened butter, 1c powdered sugar, 1/4tsp. vanilla. 2T hot water

Preparation
Step 1
. Sift together the dry ingredients except the sugar
. Cream the butter, add in the sugar and cream together for 2 minutes
. Add in the eggs one at a time and the vanilla
. Add in the dry ingredients one cup at a time and mix thoroughly
. Pour batter evenly into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees
. Make glaze: melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler, sift the sugar and combine with the chocolate in a separate bowl, stir in the water one tsp. at a time. Spread over the cooled and inverted cake
