Triple Chocolate Magic Bars
By srumbel
Today’s recipe is one that we’ve actually tried a few times and I am just now getting around to blogging about them. They’re called Triple Chocolate Magic Bars, and they really are “magical”. They’re one of those bar recipes that you find yourself cutting off little pieces of all day long. Do you know what I’m talking about?? The hubby finally told me that I had to make a plate with the rest of the pan and take it to the neighbors because between the two of us, we were eating the whole thing – lol! We’ve served these warm with ice cream, but they’re so great on their own. They have so many great flavors and have our favorite kinds of chocolate chips (white, milk and butterscotch). Oh yeah, and they have sweetened condensed milk – one of my favorite dessert ingredients. I shouldn’t forget the toffee bits either because they always add a sweet and crunchy taste. Bottom line – you’ll love these bars!! They are simple, delicious and perfect for your next get together.

Ingredients
- 1 box Devil's Food Cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Heath Toffee Bits
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl mix your cake mix, butter and egg until well blended.
Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle all your chocolate chips over the bottom layer making sure they are evenly spread.
Pour your sweetened condensed milk over the chips. Top with toffee bits. (I sometimes add the toffee bits over the chips, just depends on if you want to see the bits on top or with the chips.)
Bake for 20-24 minutes. ENJOY!
