Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur green peas, drained
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 small jar pimientos, chopped
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 c shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1 t each salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix vegetables and cheese together in bowl.
Bring to a boil in saucepan: oil, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper.
Cool and pour over the mixed vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight.
