Crab Rangoon Dip- Protein Day

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayo
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 2 (6oz) cans crab meat -drained
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese - divided
  • 2 TBSP chopped green onions
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 TBSP chopped green onion (for garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl mix together cream cheese, mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, crab meat, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 TBSP green onions, garlic and ground black pepper. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350* for 25 mins or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with remaining green onions and serve with baked parmesan chips.
