Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons light butter
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound linguini
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta.
2. Saute garlic in 2 tb butter. Add mushrooms-salt. Cook until tender.
3. Add rest of butter, pepper, and oil. Take off heat. Add parsley, pasta, and cheese.
Cut back on butter and oil.
