Ingredients
- 8 medium sweet yellow onions sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Saute onions in butter until soft (10 to 12 minutes). Remove to baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Broil until cheese melts.
