Ingredients
- 4 oz butter
- 6 oz plain flour
- 2 oz caster sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Rub together the flour and butter and stir in the sugar. Kneed together and press out into a circle. Bake at 180c/350f for 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with caster sugar and leave to cool. They can then be layered with whipped cream and raspberries
