Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken, marinate in terriki sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peas & carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice according to package. Cook chicken on stove and cut into small pieces. With sesame oil cook onion, peas, and carrots until tender. Move to side of dish and add egg and scramble. Add cooked rice, chicken, and soy sauce. mix. Add chopped green onion.
