  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained


Servings 6


Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange juice and chill to jelly-like consistency.
Sprinkle dry milk over gelatin and whip until fluffy and double in volume.
Fold in orange sections, and chill until firm.

Use an 8 x 8 inch square pan or dish.

Serves 6 to 9
