Ingredients
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 3/4 c. raisens or red grapes
- 3/4 c. almonds or pecans
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 T white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and crumble bacon. Combine bacon with raisens, nuts. Mix well.
Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar until smooth.
Mix all with broccoli.
Chill before serving.
