Ingredients

  • 2 bags stuffing mix
  • 2 can each crabmeat and shrimp
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbs chopped onions
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup of stuffing for top.

Put in 3 quart oven proof casserole and bake 40 min at 350 degree.
