Gelati (Ice Creams)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Freeze according to the directions accompanying the ice cream maker. Serves 6 to 8.
