CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD II

Ingredients

  • 10 - 12 oz. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1 cup Raisins (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Measure all ingredients into bread pan. Select basic setting. Select light crust. Press start. When machine beeps during kneading cycle, add raisins a few at a time. When done, remove to cooling rack.
