Ingredients
- 1 c powdered milk
- 1/2 c water
- 10 c sifted powered sugar
- 1/4 c egg white
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c Crisco shortening
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
. Whisk together the water and powdered milk for 1/2 hour until fluffy and increased in volume
. Add in the shortening and salt and beat to combine
. Add in the sugar one cup at a time
. Add in the vanilla and the eggs whites, continue to beat for 2 minutes
. Frosting can be stored at room temperature, if stored in the frig, you must re-whip it
