Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen southern style hash browns
- 1 lb bacon, cut into pieces, fried & drained
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Spray crock pot with cooking spray
Mix hash browns, bacon, onions, pepper, and cheese together.
Spoon into crock pot.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Pour over the crock pot mixture, cover and tun on low.
Cook for 10-12 hours.
