Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ozs) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup fat free mayo
  • 1 (28 oz) dieced tomatoes in juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Pita bread triangles

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees
In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cheese and mayo. Spoon into 9 in pie plate. Bake for 20-25 mins or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and onions.
