Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 T. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 t. granulated garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
