Baking Mix Waffles

Use the recipe for All-Purpose baking mix.

Ingredients

• 2 cups baking mix
• 1 1/3 cup milk
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Stir ingredients until blended. Pour onto center of hot greased waffle iron. Close lid. Bake for about 5 minutes until steaming stops. Remove and serve.
