Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Use any kind of veggies you like such as:
  • asparagus
  • zucchini
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • etc.
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cut veggies as desired. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast on cookie sheet at 400 for about 20 minutes.

You can also add any fresh or dried herbs.
